Getting started

What is Telepars

Telepars is a service for searching, analyzing, and segmenting Telegram channels used by marketers, media buyers, channel owners, and agencies. The service helps collect relevant placements for advertising, track subscriber behavior, and analyze traffic effectiveness.

The system includes nine key modules that cover the full Telegram promotion cycle, from channel selection to subscriber export and retention analysis.

Who it is for

Telepars is used by specialists who need:

  • fast start without manual channel search;
  • a segmented approach to placements;
  • transparent retention and engagement analytics;
  • automation for Telegram Ads workflows;
  • audience control and subscriber base cleanup.

How to register

  1. Go to telepars.ru or open the Telegram bot @telepars_bot.
  2. Authorize through Telegram.
  3. After authorization you will get access to the dashboard and core modules.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides navigation across the service modules. Each module works independently and does not require special skills or integrations. Data is processed automatically. The interface follows the pattern: paste, get, export.

Basic structure:

  • Modules panel on the left or top
  • Input or settings form
  • Table or visualization with results
  • Export options

Service modules

Category Search

The Category Search module is used for initial selection of Telegram channels by topic. This is the first step for building an advertising list or segmenting the target audience.

Purpose

The module allows you to:

  • get a topical pool of channels;
  • filter channels by keywords;
  • build a base for expansion through other modules.

How it works

  1. Open the Category Search module.
  2. Select one or more categories from the list, more than 130 topics are available.
  3. Click Get channels.
  4. The system generates a pool of two hundred to twelve hundred channels per selected category.

Result structure

Each channel in the output contains:

  • name;
  • Telegram link;
  • short description.

Keyword filtering

To narrow the selection, use the keyword filter. The result keeps only channels whose description includes the keyword.

Example:

  • Category: Business
  • Filter: B2B
  • Result: nineteen channels out of one thousand contain B2B

Category specifics

Categories are built manually and additionally verified by algorithms. They are not limited to names but reflect real audience interest overlaps.

Examples of categories:

  • Education, exams, tutoring
  • Female audience channels
  • Accounting
  • Cryptocurrency
  • Marketing
  • Construction

Usage scenarios

Course marketer:

  1. Select Accounting category.
  2. Filter by the keyword sole proprietor.
  3. Get a list of target channels.
  4. Send them to Similar Channels for scaling.

Store owner:

  1. Select Home, Young Mothers, Psychology categories.
  2. Filter by decor.
  3. Get a list with the right audience.
  4. Use it for Telegram Ads or direct placements.

Difference from other services

Unlike Telemetr or TGStat, this module allows you to:

  • start without knowing channel names;
  • search by topic rather than specific addresses;
  • narrow the list with built in filtering;
  • move quickly into analysis and scaling without manual browsing.

Similar Channels

The Similar Channels module finds Telegram channels with highly similar audiences. It is used for scaling after you collect the first relevant placements.

Purpose

The module helps you:

  • automatically find hundreds of channels with overlapping audiences;
  • build lists for seeding and Telegram Ads;
  • identify growth points for your own channel;
  • speed up manual search by ten times.

How it works

  1. Select five to fifteen channels that already match your target audience. Sources can be the previous module, your own channels, or channels you used in ads.
  2. Paste channel links or usernames into the form.
  3. Start processing. It takes two to fifteen minutes.
  4. Get a list of similar channels sorted by overlap count.

What overlaps mean

Overlaps are the number of seed channels whose audiences intersect with the found channel.

Example:

Out of ten seed channels, channel X appears in eight. That is eight out of ten overlaps. The higher the overlap, the more likely the audience matches yours.

Result structure

Each channel includes:

  • name;
  • link;
  • subscriber count;
  • overlaps count, for example nine out of ten.

How to use the result

  • Sort by overlaps: channels with eight to ten are priority.
  • Select twenty to fifty channels for analysis and placements.
  • Use the rest for expansion or A/B tests.

Recommendations

  1. Do not upload more than thirty channels, Telegram may limit output.
  2. Make separate batches by topic, do not mix meditation with business.
  3. Run multiple iterations: start with five channels, get results, pick ten new, repeat. This surfaces rare but accurate channels.

Use cases

  • Telegram Ads list: insert ten best channels, get three hundred similar, send to ads.
  • Niche scaling: you have your own channel, find similar, negotiate cross promos or collaborations.
  • Cold outreach: export admins of found channels and run manual or bulk outreach.

Difference from other solutions

TGStat and Telemetr:

  • no mass similar channel discovery;
  • focused on manual browsing and reference analytics.

Telepars:

  • uses internal Telegram recommendations;
  • returns results based on real subscriber overlaps;
  • works faster and more precisely.

Channel Analysis

The Channel Analysis module quickly checks whether a channel is active and suitable for advertising. It is used for primary filtering after Category Search and Similar Channels.

Purpose

The module is used for:

  • finding dead or inactive channels;
  • evaluating posting regularity;
  • checking admin contact availability;
  • analyzing positioning before placements.

How it works

  1. Paste a list of channels or links.
  2. Set the number of channels for analysis.
  3. Start the check. It takes two to ten minutes depending on volume.
  4. Get a table with detailed info for each channel.

Data shown

  • Name and link for identification.
  • Subscriber count as total audience size.
  • Last post date as the key activity metric.
  • Description to assess topic and tone.
  • Last post text as an additional signal.
  • Admin contact for direct placements.

How to interpret

  • Last post over two weeks ago means the channel is likely inactive.
  • No description suggests unclear positioning.
  • No admin contact means placements are only possible through Telegram Ads.
  • Mismatch between name and description can indicate manipulation.

Filtering and sorting

After analysis the table can be:

  • sorted by last post date to remove inactive channels;
  • filtered by contact availability to find direct placement options;
  • searched by keywords in description to refine topic fit;
  • filtered by minimum subscribers to remove weak placements.

Example scenario

You collected three hundred channels from Similar Channels. Then:

  1. Upload them to analysis.
  2. After ten minutes you get a table:
    • seventy channels inactive for more than thirty days, remove;
    • one hundred with regular posts, move to the media plan;
    • fifty with admin contacts, start outreach;
    • the rest go to manual review.

Difference from other services

  • Telemetr and TGStat require manual opening of each channel and do not provide batch processing.
  • Telepars processes lists automatically and returns a table with key metrics.

Telegram Ads posts

The Telegram Ads posts module is for analyzing competitor ads run through Telegram Ads. The service collects and displays real ad content, including text, donor channels, and duration indicators.

Purpose

The module is used for:

  • monitoring competitor creatives;
  • analyzing successful ad approaches;
  • finding ideas for your own ads;
  • finding popular channels competitors use.

How it works

  1. Enter keywords for search: topic, product, geography, for example courses, exams, or Kazakhstan.
  2. The system filters and collects ads that include the keyword.
  3. The result is a table with detailed information on each ad.

Data available

  • Ad text with style, calls to action, and formats.
  • Link to original in Telegram.
  • Donor channel where the ad leads.
  • Start date of the ad.
  • Duration if available, to estimate performance.

How to use it

  • Analyze the delivery style to understand how competitors package offers: stories, triggers, humor, or pain.
  • Identify effective creatives because ads running ten days or more likely perform.
  • Create your own ads based on real examples and adapt to your niche.
  • Select channels where competitors place ads and consider them in your plan.

Example scenario

Topic: exam preparation.

Keyword: exam.

The system finds eighty seven ads from educational platforms and tutors.

Result:

  • List of offers like ten points in seven days or a one minute test.
  • Donor channels with high activity.
  • Texts that run long and can be used as templates.

Difference from other tools

  • TGStat and Telemetr do not track ads from Telegram Ads at scale.
  • Telepars captures, aggregates, and structures real ads with export and analysis.

Channel post parsing

The Channel post parsing module collects data for posts in any Telegram channel. It is used to analyze activity, engagement, and audience preferences.

Purpose

The module is suited for:

  • evaluating channel activity before placement;
  • finding successful content formats;
  • comparing multiple channels in one topic;
  • building content funnels and plans.

How it works

  1. Enter the channel username, for example @mind_and_profit.
  2. Choose the number of posts to analyze, up to three hundred.
  3. Get an Excel file with a table where each row is a post with metrics.

Data collected

  • Publication date for posting regularity.
  • Post text for structure and style analysis.
  • Views as the key reach indicator.
  • Reactions including likes, dislikes, emoji.
  • Comments as engagement signal when enabled.
  • Media files such as photos, video, voice, and files.

Use examples

  • Posting frequency analysis
    Shows live versus dormant channels.
  • Finding top posts
    Sorting by views and reactions shows which topics and formats work.
  • Reach evaluation
    Comparing views with subscribers shows real engagement.
  • Channel topic mapping
    Keywords in texts allow you to build an interest slice.

Example scenario

Analyze three competitors in the psychology and money niche:
@money_psych, @mind_and_profit, @cash_brain

  • Collect one hundred posts from each channel.
  • Sorting by views shows that stories about losing money perform, while chart posts perform poorly.
  • Use the patterns to build your own content strategy or ad creative.

Features

  • Export to Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Filtering, sorting, and color labeling.
  • Useful for presentations and reports.

Difference from other services

TGStat:

  • shows only top posts;
  • no mass export;
  • does not provide full text or reactions for each post.

Telepars:

  • parses the full post set;
  • gives flexible analytics and full feed export.

Channel Pulse

The Channel Pulse module tracks subscription and unsubscription dynamics, evaluates retention, detects anomalies, and removes inactive subscribers. It works when you connect the Telepars bot.

Purpose

The module is used for:

  • analyzing subscriber behavior by time and source;
  • evaluating ad effectiveness;
  • increasing reach and engagement by cleaning the base;
  • optimizing product funnels.

How it works

  1. Add the Telepars bot as an admin of your channel.
  2. Allow access to the member list.
  3. After connection, data collection starts and stats appear in the dashboard.

What it shows

1. Subscriptions and unsubscribes by day
Allows you to see growth and churn peaks and the impact of specific actions.

2. Average retention
Shows how many days a person stays, used to evaluate traffic quality.

3. Behavior by subscriber
Includes join date, leave date, source if unique link was used, reaction activity.

4. Subscriber removal
Manual or bulk removal of bots and inactive users.

5. Traffic source analytics
With Unique Links shows behavior across channels, platforms, and creatives.

Use examples

  • Placement effectiveness:
    After ads you gained four hundred subscribers but retention is 1.2 days. Conclusion: the donor channel is ineffective.
  • Channel cleanup:
    Removing inactive users increases reach and metric accuracy.
  • Funnel comparison:
    YouTube subscribers stay twelve plus days, CPA traffic less than one. Strategy based on retention data.

Difference from built in Telegram Analytics

Built in analytics shows only:

  • overall subscriber chart;
  • post views.

Channel Pulse provides:

  • minute level dynamics;
  • data for each user;
  • retention and churn analytics;
  • cleanup of non target audience.

Unique links

The Unique Links module tracks subscriber sources for a Telegram channel. It shows where a user came from, how long they stayed, and how engaged they were.

Purpose

The module is used for:

  • analyzing ad channel effectiveness;
  • evaluating traffic source quality;
  • running A/B tests across creatives and platforms;
  • building media plans based on retention data.

How it works

  1. Create a unique link in the dashboard and name it, for example Ads on @promo_blog.
  2. Get a link like: https://t.me/+xxx?start=source_promo_blog
  3. Place it where needed: Telegram Ads, YouTube description, mailing, banner, Instagram, or TikTok.
  4. The system automatically tracks behavior of users who joined through the link.

Data collected

  • Clicks
  • Subscriptions

Telegram Ads, button A9845023.8 days51%

Applications

  • Media planning
    Compare retention and churn per source and exclude weak ones.
  • Funnel analysis
    Compare who stays longer: lead magnet, Instagram, or Telegram Ads.
  • Placement optimization
    At the same ad cost, choose the channel with higher retention.
  • A/B creative testing
    Assign a unique link per creative and compare engagement depth.

Features

  • Works with Channel Pulse.
  • Create dozens of links for different campaigns.
  • Shows retention averages and day by day breakdowns.
  • Supports removing low quality traffic.

Difference from other services

  • Telegram Ads shows only impressions and clicks, not retention.
  • TGStat and Telemetr do not track subscriptions by link.
  • Telepars connects source to subscription, retention, and unsubscribe.

Lead magnet

The Lead Magnet module automatically delivers bonuses only to users who subscribe to your Telegram channel. It increases conversion and launches micro funnels.

Purpose

What you can deliver

  • PDF documents such as checklists or instructions
  • Links to private materials
  • Promo codes and coupons
  • Access to private channels or bots
  • Files: video, audio, ZIP

Usage scenario

Post in a channel:

Want a contract template for sole proprietors?
Click the button below and get the PDF after subscribing.

User steps:

  1. Clicks the button.
  2. Goes to the bot.
  3. Subscribes.
  4. Receives the bonus.

Analytics

The system shows:

  • button clicks;
  • subscriptions;
  • bonus recipients;
  • failed checks.

This allows you to evaluate conversion from click to subscription and which bonuses work best.

Recommendations

  • Do not place lead magnets in every post, it reduces value.
  • The bonus must be useful and match the target audience.
  • Track retention after bonus delivery and remove freebie seekers if retention is low.

Difference from standard Telegram buttons

  • Telegram does not verify subscription or issue conditional access.
  • Telepars provides subscription verification, logging, and automatic bonus delivery.

Frequently asked questions

How do I connect the Telepars bot to my channel?

  1. Open your Telegram channel settings.
  2. Open the admin list.
  3. Add the @telepars_bot to admins.
  4. Grant permissions to view subscribers and manage messages if you plan to use lead magnets.

After connection, data starts flowing to the dashboard.

What if the module does not show new subscribers?

Make sure:

  • The bot is added with the required permissions.
  • The connection was done before traffic started, Telegram does not provide historical stats.
  • Users are joining through unique links created in Telepars.

Can I remove subscribers through the service?

Yes. Channel Pulse and All Subscribers allow manual or bulk marking and removal of inactive subscribers to improve reach and engagement.

Can I use the service without the bot?

Partially. Category Search, Similar Channels, Channel Analysis, Telegram Ads posts, and Post Parsing work without the bot. For subscriber data, retention, unique links, and lead magnets you need the bot.

How does keyword filtering work in Category Search?

After selecting a category, enter a keyword. The service filters to channels whose description contains the word. This lets you quickly build a precise topical selection.

What does the overlap metric mean in Similar Channels?

It is the number of seed channels whose audiences intersect with the found channel. For example, seven out of ten means seventy percent of seed channels share subscribers with that channel.

How do I know if retention is good?

  • Less than two days is low retention and likely poor traffic.
  • Three to six days is acceptable for cheap sources.
  • Seven to fourteen plus days is stable and indicates your audience.

Evaluation depends on niche and goals such as subscription, engagement, or warmup.

How many unique links can I create?

Unlimited. You can generate a separate link for each campaign, creative, partner, or platform. All statistics are tracked per link.

Can I export data from Telepars?

Yes. All module tables, including Channel Analysis, Post Parsing, Channel Pulse, All Subscribers, and Similar Channels, are available for download in Excel or for copying into Google Sheets.
